Manteca woman identified in fatal crash

A fatal crash on Mortensen Road this morning took the life of 18-year-old Cortney Nicole Nunes and seriously injured three men and a boy, all of Manteca.

Dave Garcia tossed and turned at night for months, with a constant high pitch invading his bedroom. He became so irritated that he searched for the noise, looking and listening.
